✧ BACKTAGGING: Y

✧ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Boy howdy just try it (needless to say she was touch starved when she got picked up by the first order and they're not big on nonviolent physical contact there.)

✧ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: She's got a double bladed lightsaber instead of Kylo Ren's cross design, but other than that she's got the same skill and taste for violence. Rock me Amadeus.

✧ RELATIONSHIPS: Yes. To any and all. I mean, why would you want to do that to yourself but even if I don't actively ship something I'm willing to thread it because it always turns out fun. AUs, Canons, Cross-canons, OCs, you name it. Rey/Ladies is my favorite (I will murder for a Phasma) but as they're a little thin on the ground in Star Wars canon I'm willing to entertain her with dudes too (but also like bring me all your Rule63!Characters)

✧ VISUALLY: Yes her armor looks just like Kylo Ren's. Weird how these things shake out, though her helmet actually serves a purpose (she has difficulty adjusting to 'normal' oxygen environments, being used to minimal atmosphere for human survival). Under the armor she's much paler than Canon!Rey (zero sunlight for her), slightly more muscular, and has a small scar on her face bisecting her chin and bottom lip.

✧ MISC: I'm still voicetesting, feel free to shoot me a PM or leave a comment here if you need. I'm usually tagging on mobile so I prefer prose because that means less html for me, but that's not a dealbreaker.

(While she wears Kylo Ren's armor and is "Snoke's" apprentice, Rey has no connections with the Knights of Ren beyond sometimes training with them. Ren Prime is still around and him and the knights are working with the First Order. )

A long time ago... (AU info but also a fic)

Force Awakens in short:
  • Mostly goes the same with Rey and Ben switched places.
  • Specifics are different (ex, obviously Ben knows who han solo is) but the major plot points are hit just the same except:
  • Rey recognizes Ben on Takodana, and while he doesn't recognize her at first he still feels her even trying to cut himself off from the Force. They talk rather than fight. Ben knows the map is incomplete, so offers to go with her and the First Order if they'll stop attacking and leave peacefully.
  • Where shit really goes off the rails is Starkiller base as without trying to confront his son, Han ... doesn't die. He lives, leaving to get the Falcon for their escape with Chewie when the base starts to go.
  • The 2v1 fight really goes Musical Chairs, with Rey as Kylo, Ben as Finn, and Finn as Rey. Rey still is much stronger than both of them combined, but that Finn offers her a better fight than anyone else has save her Grandfather has her fighting for the joy if it rather than unhinged anger.
  • it ultimately ends in a stalemate when the planet rips a fissure between them, but Ben is on Rey's side. Finn panics when she stalks over to his unconcious body, thinking she's going to kill Ben, but instead she grabs him by the collar and literally yeets him over the growing chasm at Finn, who manages to catch him. Bowing, she leaves to evacuate with the base just as the Falcon comes for Finn and Ben.
  • Finn is at the bedside of the barely conscious Ben, and he says he doesn't understand why she didn't kill them, "after all, she's evil". Ben points out, weakly "She's not evil. She's lonely."
